YOUR PLACENTA, MADE BY YOU, FOR YOU
that's the placenta
The placenta is an organ that develops in the uterus during pregnancy. Unlike other organs, the placenta only exists during pregnancy. The placenta allows for the exchange of nutrients, oxygen, and blood between the pregnant person and baby. The placenta attaches to the wall of the uterus (usually on the back, top, or right or left sides). The amniotic sac and the umbilical cord are both attached to the placenta. After giving birth, the placenta is expelled from the uterus, and the umbilical cord is cut.

I'm going well with them, I started with one a day and now onto two. Might go to three soon, as the sleep deprivation is kicking in, ha! I think they have helped immensely! Even though our sleep is broken at night, I still have heaps of energy throughout the day! (A nap helps to but I think the pills make a big difference in not feeling exhausted compared to just sleepy). Also think they have helped my hormones so much!
Apart from my first week out of hospital when I was super weepy, I feel very calm and level with everything. Little baby is a bit colicky and I can even go through his unsettled periods just staying calm for him and I also think it's helped my husband and I bond better because I'm not hormonal/tired narky to him. I'll be sad when they run out!
