Already have an existing 6 or 12 week package with Dulcie Lane? Feel this week is overwhelming you and you need an extra day of my support? An extra visit is a 3 hour add on to any existing client who has a 6 or 12 week package with Dulcie Lane. Simply book and make payment and I can squeeze you in! Travel Fees (Invoiced following each session) - If I am to travel outside of Wagga Wagga to another town, travel will be charged at a fee of $30 per hour and $0.50c per km. - Travel to the outer suburbs of Wagga Wagga (Forest Hill, Estella, Gobbagombalin, Boorooma) will incur a travel fee of $15
Deposit Upon Booking a) The client agrees that upon purchase of services, a non-refundable deposit is acquired at the time of contract acceptance and following the clients payment. This deposit applies to your total services purchase and secures your booking. b) Pending on payment type, remaining balance is due two weeks before estimated due date. c) Failure to pay the remaining outstanding balance two weeks before the estimated due date will cause all contracts to cease and any services booked cancelled. The non-refundable deposit will be retained and all monies already paid will be refunded. d) Deposits are to be paid in full at checkout or 7 days from the date of the invoice via the payment methods available. All agreements and dates withheld will cease if deposit payment has not been made. Changes to Services a) If the Client has an emergency cesarean section or unexpected birth outcome including but not limited to NICU stay, extended hospital stay, foetal demise, the Terms and Services in this Agreement may be adjusted to provide additional support to the Client postpartum. b) If the Service Provider, for any reason, is not able to attend a scheduled visit then every effort is made to reschedule the clients session. c) Any extenuating circumstances (for example illness, weather) that prevent the Service Provider from attending a scheduled visit will not result in a refund of fees provided, rescheduling sessions is required. Cancellations a) As limited spots are available to families to book with the service provider, no refund is given for services paid in full and cancelled within 30-days of the clients due date. Services cancelled prior to 30-days will receive a full refund less the non-refundable deposit. b) If the doula is unable to provide doula services due to illness or is otherwise incapacitated, all efforts will be made to reschedule accordingly. c) If the doula is unable to provide services and carry out the contracted agreement for extenuating circumstances, the retainer and all monies there after will be refunded. d) 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations of sessions. Reschedule as required. If less than 24 hours notice is received and cannot reschedule accordingly, the session and all monies will be retained and sessions will continue the following week.
