Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment Processing Times

The following orders are processed within 3-5 business days:

● Postpartum recovery products including but not limited to; salves, oils, herbal soaks, lactation tea, postpartum bundles and padsicle gels
 

The following orders are processed within 2-4 business days: (pending terms outlined in the client contract including transport, courier times, thawing frozen placentas, larger vs smaller placenta, estimated due date, holidays, vacation leave)
● placenta capsules, tinctures, salves, prints, oils pertaining to all placenta services

 

The following orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the cut off of ordering schedules:
● Food bundles, food items, food packages, lactation cookies, snacks, bundles

Orders are not shipped or on weekends or holidays. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, you will be updated accordingly. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

● Shipping method: Australia Post Standard Shipment cost: $12.00 AUD

Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days pending metro or regional areas

● Shipping method: Australia Post Express: $20.00 AUD
Estimated delivery time: 2 business days pending regional or metro areas

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and is the responsibility of the postal service.

Local Delivery
 

● Shipping method: Local delivery in Wagga Wagga within 5km radius of Dulcie Lane HQ: $10.00 AUD
● Shipping method: Local delivery in Wagga Wagga 
outside 5km radius of Dulcie Lane HQ: $15.00 AUD

● Shipping method: Local delivery in Wagga Wagga for Placenta Services: Free

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Customs, Duties and Taxes www.ppwithdulcielane.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes) Damages www.ppwithdulcielane.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
